Getting your money back
Short version: the trial is seven days with everything on, so you should know before you pay. If you paid anyway and it is not working for your counter, write to us within seven days and we will refund the month.
Last updated . Applies to the Pro (₹299/month) and Unlimited (₹599/month) plans. Free costs nothing and has nothing to refund.
Try it before you pay
Every new account gets 7 days with every feature unlocked, no card asked for. When it ends the account drops to Free and keeps working at 5 customers a month. Nothing is charged unless you choose a paid plan, and nothing about your counter stops when the trial does.
The seven-day refund
If you upgrade and decide within 7 days of the charge that it is not right for your counter, ask and we will refund that month in full. You do not need to justify it. This applies to your first paid month on a plan — not to every renewal of it.
When something is broken on our side
If the signalling service was unreachable for a stretch that cost you working days, tell us roughly when and we will credit or refund the affected part of the month. We would rather do this than argue about an uptime figure we never promised.
Cancelling a renewal
Cancel from your dashboard, any time, without asking anyone. The plan you have paid for runs to the end of that period and then drops to Free. There is no notice period and no exit charge.
If you cancel a UPI mandate at your bank instead of in the dashboard, the renewal stops but the plan may take a day to reflect it. Cancelling in the dashboard is the clean way.
What is not refunded
- Months already used, past the 7-day window, on a plan that was working.
- Partial months after a mid-period cancellation — the plan runs to the end instead.
- An account closed by us for the conduct in section 5 of the terms.
- A transfer that failed because of the shop's internet, a customer's phone, or a browser profile that was cleared. We can usually tell you which it was; none of them is a service fault.
How to ask
Write from the email on the account through the contact page, with the counter name and roughly when you were charged. We reply within 2 working days and, once approved, send the refund to the original payment method.
How long it takes
We process an approved refund within 5 working days. After that it is the payment gateway and your bank: UPI is usually same-day, a card can take up to 7 working days to appear on a statement. If it has been 10 working days and you cannot see it, write again and we will chase it with the gateway.
If you are unhappy with the answer
Reply and say so — it reaches a person, not a queue. Failing that, the grievance route in the contact page applies, and nothing here removes a right you have under Indian consumer law.
